• Please goto The Spot via the The Spot ticketing system and search for VPN Request.

Cluster

Contact HPC via The Spot to ticketing system and search for HPC Account Change Request to request an account

• For CMO request access to JUNO cluster.
• Please have in hand the cost center (“CC#” on your MSK ID badge) and the fund number from your administrative assistant to enable this request.

Slack

New employees can request an MSK Slack account through the “Collaboration Account Request” form on The Spot. Once their account is generated, they can sign into https://slack.com/get-started and request to join the CMO Labs workspace and other relevant workspaces.

Github External

Contact Nicholas Socci as well as contact Nicole Scagliola to get added to MSKCC external Github

Github Enterprise

Go to MSKCC internal Github and follow instruction to create an account.

mPath/Clinical Variant Resource (CVR) & Clinical BAM Mirror

Connect with Nicole Scagliola and Jene White for adding you to user group to get access to CVR/mPath.

Please provide the follwoing when connecting with them via email:

• Which team you joined
• Your High Performance Computing(HPC) account ID (JUNO)

Note: You need Human Subject Protection(HSP) and Good Clinical Practice(GCP) certifications completed prior to being granted access

Make sure you have access to One drive, Note that we are allowed to store PHI here on Onedrive but not on the HPC/Juno etc.
